That really is the crux of the issue. Too many unqualified and genuinely stupid people are hired to work in law enforcement. That's too much responsibility for people who are not intelligent or stable enough to handle it. Whether it's in the prisons, jails, or streets.

But she did do something wrong and she should be held accountable for it.

Cops deal with people who are publicly intoxicated all the time and I guarantee most of them don't fully comply with their orders. Does that mean they deserve to get shot? No.

Most of the time, they get restrained and arrested without incident.
