Lennox would throw like 10 jabs, becoming almost predictable with his ever potent jab, then he would mimic the exact same body motion as a jab even the forward step and push off the rear foot, but then he would suddenly lead with a left hook when they thought it was gonna be another jab, this catches them by surprise, he would then follow this surprise with another surprise the overhand right hook.
It worked quite a few times he seemed to really favor this combo and tactic.
What do you think of this combo/tactic?
Is it worth trying to make it work as a southpaw fighter vs orthodox fighters? I was thinking it wouldnt work so well for a southpaw because the jab would likely draw a straight right counter which would likely connect before the hook too?
