Every leader on an NBA Championship winning team has had to will their team toward the Championship. Whether it's through on the court play or vocal leadership or both; it's part of the essential components that are needed to win one.

Durant, Nowitski, Wade/Lebron, and Rose have had to and are going to have to show leadership to lead their teams to win it all.

If you're talking about a player having repeat great individual performances in the finals or throughout the playoffs that's another story. The last few have been team efforts.
