Anyone got any tips? I've managed to get down to 160 lbs, but I'm still packing some water retention from bad eating habits in the past... Usually when I hit this weight, my abs are more defined and my jaw is absolutely chiseled.
Anybody have any experience with water fasting, I'm looking at that as an option to shed excess water?
Or should I just continue dieting, hoping it'll flush out?
I don't wanna' take diuretics yet. I'll save it as a last resort or something
