True. Schafer said he will demand any GBP fighter vs Manny Pacquiao to have Olympic style drug testing. This means that Pacquiao can only fight Top Rank fighters, Dibella fighters, Shaw fighters, and Goosen fighters. No GBP fighters.

If you read articles, just assuming you do, you'll see that Pacquiao has publically stated he will do ALL the blood tests required, just not ON fight day.

It's getting f*****g annoying how many people are ignoring that Pac is absolutely going to do the tests, that isn't the damn issue here. But nope, people would rather ignore the words coming straight out of Pac's mouth because Floyd's balls are in their mouths.
