WTF? This is Batman vs. Ironman...why take away Tony Starks' suit then claim Batman will win. This is a fight with what they have and what they are known for....Batman's equipments and Ironman's armor. I'd say Batman is more smart/Intelligent but Ironman has more destructive weapons. If there is a 1 month preparation...Batman would win a close fight. If it's right now then Ironman will take this easily. In any case...I would pick Ironman if my money is at stake.
