You can get lypo or some sort of nip and tuck for obesity. Both are fixable.

Yeah, of course. But I was thinking about the other stuff that come with it like:

High cholesterol
Diabetes (and this can also cause you to have bad teeth and make your teeth fall out)
High blood pressure
Heart disease
Stroke
Cancer
Breathing disorders
Gallbladder disease
Gynecologic problems, such as infertility and irregular periods
Erectile dysfunction and sexual health issues
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, a condition in which fat builds up in the liver and can cause inflammation or scarring
Osteoarthritis
Skin conditions, including poor wound healing

By the time some obese people fix their being fat, the damage to other parts of their body has already been done.

Bad oral hygene is really bad for your health as well and puts your body at risk from other diseases, not just gum disease.

Did I say that? I was trying say bad oral hygene can also affect your health. It's not on the level of obesity but they both affect your health in other ways. It's not just obesity.
