Johnny Walker Blue is just a flash drink for showoffs. If you really appreciated scotch you'd go for a smokey peaty Islay like Talisker or Laphroaig.

Henny XO or Martell XO or Remy XO is always on the bar though, for special occassions. But I'll drink any VSOP and Henny Black and Courvoisier Napoleon.
Scotch:
Balvenie 12 Yr doublewood is my most frequently purchased Scotch. I freakin love it, tastes like cherry. If I go spensive, I go MacCallan 18 or 21 or Balvenie of the same age. I do single malt so no Johnnie Walker and I hate all the single malt's that start with an L.
Whiskey/Bourbon
Bullitt Burbon has snuck in as my new go to bourbon replacing Jameson/Jack/Makers/Tullamore Dew
When I want a treat I go Woodford Reserve, Gentlemen Jack.
Tequila
I usually only buy nice Tequila, but if I'm doing margaritas, I do 1800 reposado.
Nice Tequila is Don Julio pretty much all the way. Anejo all day.
Vodka:
Too many to get into. But Ciroc is the best. Potato vodka's FTW.
Rum can suck my balls, I don't drink it ever.
Same with Gin for the most part, but if Hendricks is floating around, I'm in.
As for cognac's I prefer Cordon Bleu.
Other than that I only drink quality wines.
