    2 hours on the eliptical. Not to mention all the F***ing moving and running I do while I work. I have to incorporate weight training at least 4 times a week.

    Must keep at 1300 to 1400 cal per day

    Meals:

    Breakfast 1

    4 egg (2 yellow and 4 whites) scrambled with hot pepper - 200
    1 yogurt - 140
    1/2 cup of oatmeal cooked in water no sugar, added cinnamon -72

    snack
    yogurt -70
    coffee - 15

    lunch
    2 pieces of toast minus the butter 120 cal
    quick cup soup - 60 cal

    well haven't been posting as regular as I should

    For the last 4 days I have been doing 2 hours of ellipitcal burning a total amount of calories of 1300 to 1400 per day. I have decided to keep a complete body workout 4 days a week, targeting on every area with low weight and massive amount of repetitions with the exeption of the legs. Lifted 200lbs on the calves machines and did squats with 120lbs, now what blew my mind was the amount of weight I was able to work with in the leg press machine 250lbs...yeah..and ouch I feel the pain but its all good.
