    A quality steak doesnt need sauce but if its some cheap **** a1 will do. I eat my steak medium rare usually.

            I like Medium at time Medium Rare

            If I cook them my self pepper and some salt is all I need, throw in some slap ya mama from time to time


            no sauce here man, a good steak needs no sauce

            I like them all, but Sirloin is underrated, I like it

                Cooking a GOOD steak well done is a crime. Beef is NEVER supposed to be eaten well done, it takes all the flavor and juiciness away from the steak.

                At least medium rare is what a good steak should be cooked at. I also think Filet's are overrated, a good steak needs marbling (fat) in it for great taste.

                    Well i dont cook steak at home so i dont exactly eat it often, but i hate steak when its so raw its still got blood on it

                      I like it on the rare side of med-rare.
                      grilled of course
                      I have a recipe for just about any cut, but if you want something to knock your socks of try an aged rib-eye with jerk seasonings. I make a wet jerk (save the jokes) and let the steak marinade it over night. Grill it med-rare, the sugars in the jerk will caramelize and give you a nice charred look with an awesome taste. Seve with a mango salsa, asparagus spears, and if you like potato with your steak try some baby new potatoes baked and sauted with a champagn mushroom sauce.
