Why is Northern England so Brown?

It's brown and dark as monkeys are dark, hence why they are called Northern Monkeys.


The south is much brighter and lighter, like a shandy, hence why they call us Southern Shandy drinkers.

I live 5 minutes walk from a beach on the sunny south coast, you can call me all the words under the sun but i believe i live in the best place in the UK and what makes it even better is we get sunshine down here
