What level fighter is Broner?

I have never figured out the grading system. I gave Broner a B because he is a tittle holder at 3 different weights and he has only lost once. Maidana would have to be a B+ fighter because he is clearly much better than Broner. I guess the A fighters would be the top 15 pound for pound fighters in the world.

C+...i thought ponce and malignaggi beat him. those 2 are solid B fighters.

It's hard to believe someone could give Broner an A after such a poor showing. That would make Maidana an A+++ fighter.
