I voted Silence of the Lambs. Hannibal Lecter is one of the better movie villains I've seen. I enjoyed his chemistry with Foster. Seven is good, but SOTL is better.

Yes, I think I prefer the film because the book was very good.

Se7en was a good film but I like my serial killer films to have a little more class, and they don't come any classier than Lecter.

I don't know if there was a book of seven but those of you who are into this stuff and haven't read any Thomas Harris novels, then go do it, now!!

Silence of the Lambs relyed too much on Hopkins for the Lector character, Se7en was quality straight throughout.

I enjoyed SOTL but Se7en is one of my favs, so i would go with that.
