Floyd fought Mosley after he destroyed Margarito and they couldn't get the Pacquiao fight
Ortiz after he won a title at 147,which is not a great opponent but was deemed a good southpaw to prepare for Pacquiao
Cotto at 154 for the title yet Floyd is accused of cherry picking opponents
So what's the standard level for Mayweather when he fights?

Berto was a never was at the time. Even now, what's his best win so far, unretired Quintana? Abregu is not much, but unlike Collazo has power. He could probably take someone like a washed up Gonzalez or Rivera lol if given the opportunity. Or even Zaveck and Miki Rodriguez

Berto is better than Dulorme at any point of their careers, and would K him TFO if they were to ever fight.
