Why do only white people see ghost?

Many cultures have so called ''ghost'' in their religion etc.. The Japanese call it a kami ''spirit'' according to the shinto faith.. Native Americans believed in animal ghosts.. And Africans who believes in Vodoo believes a ghost could summoned into a human body in order to bless, curse etc another human... To answer your question - no, not only white people see/believe in ghosts.
