Watch the video again, she says that she isn't qualified to discuss on what USADA doesn't do. But, obviously they have extensive program and that they are the gold standard in testing and have been for a long time.Originally posted by puga View Post

WADA doesn't conduct testing, USADA does. USADA conducts testing based off WADA protocol. So basically all Wada does is oversee testing conducted by anti-doping agencies like USADA.Originally posted by puga View Post
