Why wouldn't they? It really surprises me that they would even consider this to be allowed.

When you deal with a combat sport, you should not allow any unnatural advantage. If you lost T in your system, then that's nature. It's what makes humans different and gives some advantages over others.

If you go back when ped's weren't allowed, it was genetics that gave athletes an advantage. It sucks that Belfort has diminished T numbers, but it's part of the genetic advantage or disadvantage humans have to deal with.
