Eastern Europeans aren't dominating the Heavyweight division, only Wlad is !!

If it wasn't for Wlad the belts would get passed around by the likes of Chambers, Chagaev, Arreola, Valuev, Briggs, Haye, Peter and Adamek.

Wlad is the dominator (And yes, he is Eastern European but you get my point).

Yeah but it isn't Eastern European domination.

In the 70's you had Americans dominating at the top with Ali-Frazier-Foreman. Now, it's only Wlad. Wlad has been beating the Americans and Eastern Europeans. It's not like Chagaev beat Wlad, Adamek beat Chageav and then Wlad beat Adamek. No. It's Wlad beating Chageav and everybody else.
