When you compare our national anthem to a good national anthem like New Zealand's, you realise pretty quickly that our national anthem is crap.

But I digress, our anthem is so **** that we don't even bother to sing the second part.

I dont mind the aussie anthem and im an ex-pat kiwi.
The star spangled banner is definatley a ripper tho.
also like the south african one thats catchy.

I just don't get that stirring sense of pride when Advance Australia Fair is sung.

I really like the Russian anthem, very majestic. Agree that NZ and Sth Africa both have great anthems. Rugby playing nations have good anthems it seems, we being the anomaly.
