I have to hit over 40 hours before I am eligible for overtime pay which is time and a half pay. I believe most people in america work under those rules unless you have a set salary.

Walgreens, CVS pharmacy those 2 are the ones that I visit if in case I need to. I use this one called Aveeno do you know that one? Aveeno is ok but it burns a lot and maybe you know of a better one.

This is more expensive, but it's a lot better and won't hurt your skin. It moisturises as well.
