He can't easily make 154, at least not anymore. Just look at his physique against Pavlik and against Barker and you can see that he's now more muscular.

Mayweather fight and were recieving murmurs of picking on little guys for payday. Lou stated that Sergio was a small middle weight that had a small frame and couldn't make 168lbs "Its just not his body type" He stated he had to eat steak and potatoes to maintain his weight of 160.
