I read about one tribe downsizing and kicking members out they used to have 2000 members and now only have 500 and each of the remaining tribe members are getting 100 thousand a month or something like that.

I heard they are tax free, it's like a blood money paid by the feds on the account of the sufferings made to the old Natives. Natives had their own law I believe.
