            Not in a healthy manner. Maybe water weight.

            It takes numerous weeks of civilian training, low carboydrate diets, and constant cardio to shrink. Unless you do coke it's living hell.

            Most people are pre disposed to eating ****.

                Recipe to shrink:

                1. Sleep less.

                2. Don't lift freeweights.

                3. Do ridiculous amounts of Cardio

                4. Don't eat Simple Carbohydrates



                Recipe to get Big:

                1. Sleep all the time

                2. Do no Anaerobics except freeweights in massive quantity

                3. Do moderate Cardio

                4. Eat whatever the sam hell you want.
