as far as schwarzkopf and powell. apples and oranges. schwarzkopf was more the tactical side. powell was more the overall strategy. neither really matter because the iraqis were screwed by saddam's "mother of all battles" wait for the americans to come strategy. if iraq had rolled into saudi arabia before we could build up forces..... we would have had a difficult time.

Term limit is two; inconsequential if a President does it consecutively or not, although only one U.S. President has ever accomplished it (Cleveland) .... it was actually pre-dating the twenty-second amendment to the the U.S. Constitution, so he could have just served three consecutive terms if he had not been defeated by Benjamin Harrison in 88.
