He offered Mosley fight numerous times. Cotto never called his name OUT EVER. Williams nor Pacman were mentioned with Floyd few years ago. Margarito did call him out, but a win over him would do nothing more
Mosley and Cotto both ducked Mayweather and turned him down. There's documented proof just google it there's a quote from Bob Arum who says "Miguel Cotto needs another 12 months before he is ready for Mayweather" when Mayweather called him out a year or two ago.

Floyd should have gotten a UD
      Whitaker fight
      Strum Fight
      Ike Fight

And going on to get smashed by Pac(But was weight drained)
He beat Quartey and Whitaker, AND Trinidad. Floyd did earn a UD imo, and Sturm was robbed.

He lost to Ike and Pernell easily. Pernell fight more clearly. Who scores a round just because of a late flurry?

I put mayweather above oscar because they fought and mayweather beat him.
thats the only way you can ever judge them ... in the ring ...

Oscar has left more questions than answers. Ike Strum Pernell fights are all questionable. He never fought Winky Forrest. He choose Pacman over Margarito

What about the Castillo fight? That changed his whole career. It should have been his first loss and then he wouldn't be cherry picking opponents the rest of his career to keep his undefeated record. Also the knock down that wasn't called in the Judah fight changed the whole fight. Zab was winning rounds, and a 10-8 round would have given him confidence and kept him from imploding later on in the fight.

What about the Castillo fight?? That was one close fight. He rematched his immediately. Did Oscar rematch Ike Strum Pernell???

Judah would still have lost to PBF even if the knock down was given.

Greatness is determined by winning a fight in dramatic fashion leaving no questions

                    Ike
                    Pernell
                    Strum
                    Tito

                    All left questions

It wasn't even that close of a fight. He clearly lost by a few rounds. Even clearly winning the rematch, that loss should have changed his entire career and not prohibit him from taking chances to preserve his record.
