fuking ****** rigo did not a sign a contract that requires him to take vada testing so if donaire doesn't care if his opponents take vada drug testing or not then why is he willing to pull out over what he says was a verbal agreement

Negotiations mean agreement and then a contract is signed. Rigo PUBLICALLY agreed to testing, it he backs out, it is on his head but he is not backing out, read the updates....he will sign tomorrow!
