Why am I Not Allowed to Post Attachments anymore?

I can't post photos or drawings anymore, just wondering why...........Rockin'

You have to host them at a site like tinypic or photobucket and then copy the URL IMG code. I don't think anyone can attach pictures right from the hard drive anymore.
