a lot of ppl here posting in this thread that doesn't want a 5th fight are floyd fans. geez i wonder...

maybe in their stupid minds they think jmm's win was also a win for floyd.

or they fear pac might avenge his defeat and scare floyd into vacation again?

or they think there is no reason for a 5th fight because there is nothing to be gained for either fighter. there are other fights out there for both that would be better for the sport as a whole.

the media saying there will be a 5th fight because bob works that way and them "wanting" it are not the same. boxing fans prefer to see manny fight bradley again then floyd and let JMM go back to LW/JWW and fight there.

only manny fans want another fight because they desperately want to erase what happened.

the way I see it, Marquez is 4-0 vs Pacquiao. unless Manny gets on his knees and begs for the 5th fight I say don't do it, Manny waited four years to give him the 2nd fight, then waited another three years for the 3rd thinking Marquez was bloated and easy picking, Manny could not win ONE fight, only receiving gifts, the fourth fight put the nail in the coffin. the better man won.
Pacquiao should except whatever Floyd gives him and take that beating like a man, then he can retire.

Dude there were "most anticipated fight of 2013" polls different places, it was always #1. That's cause the 4th was sensational. Anyone without an agenda would want more of that.

Your post would make sense if Manny himself hadn't tried to make the cotto rematch at a cw 1st. He only made the 4th because cotto turned him down. Manny himself said he had nothing more to prove with JMM.
