Degrees might be an indicator but they don't really mean ****.

I guess I should've phrased it better, who according to your personal observation, based on listening to the fighter talk, expressing himself, maybe even the way he conducts himself........is the smartest to you.

You can always look at a person, listen to them and come to the opinion whether they're intelligent or not. It happened to President Bush.

Yes I agree that Wlad and Vitali are smart, but I'm not talking about education.

There might be very smart people who didn't get to graduate.


Education isn't the entire criteria in determining who is smart or not.
