Jones himself may have been due "only" $45,000, but Square Ring, *his* company, was going to get the vast majority of the profits. He may have structured the deal this way for tax purposes. Besides, a million dollars is not a small amount of money.

very true, these guys are not looking at the money that roy is making on the back end of this, and because his company is getting the rest of the profit, he pay very little tax on this money.

This can be solved....as soon as Kostecki gets out of jail...there should be a mandatory bout between he and Jones. Jones gets 1.5 million for what supposed to have been his previous fight with Kostecki as soon as he does his first media interview to show the Poland fans it's really happening. Then Jones gets a guarenteed 3 million for a current fight in 2015. So that's 4.5 million guarenteed for Jones and 60 percent of PPV buys. Jones drops the lawsuit. Also they must find a title to fight for and Kostecki gets no tune up fight...Case Closed.
