Yea, JCC Jnr let it be known he was having his lawyers taking care of it in his last interview.
Bob in a FH interview said he's owed one more fight and that TR will listen to their lawyers..... so sounds to me nothing will happen and it'll go on

Bob Arum blocks more fights than he makes. It took him 6 years to let Pacquiao fight Mayweather.
Add Chavez's ducking Froch/GGG to the list with Stevenson avoiding Kovalev, Santa Claus running from Rigo, and yes... Floyd ducking Manny for 6 years and counting.

He gets GGG and is forced to fight 3-5 more fights under Arum depending on their outcome. A little demanding especially if you feel you could be making more with a manager that only "advises" decisions as opposed to forcing them

And check with Santa Cruz about that whole 'just an adviser' thing

Some folks just don't understand the business aspect....or they let ignorant biases cloud sound judgment...Fighters are signing with Haymon because they're making more money with him & assume more control over who they get in the ring with simple as that....

The fact of the matter is, Chavez is not making more money to fight fellow ducker Stevenson's leftovers than he would've fighting GGG on PPV. The deal Arum offered him was only a 2 fight deal where he would've made a MINIMUM $12 million if he lost and $17 million if he won. When he turned that down, Arum offered him a 1 fight deal to fight GGG or Froch on PPV.
But keep thinking a Fonfara fight is gonna make him that type of bank.
And again, it's downright comical that you people think these guys are going over to Haymon to 'be their own boss' or assume more control over who they fought when one of his fighters JUST let us know how things over at PBC really work:

Again, this was just a few days ago. Guys go to Haymon because they know they'll be overprotected and still paid relatively well while getting lots of dates because of his TV deals. Has nothing to do with gaining more control. The man has clauses in his contracts to kill any fight he wants. He's much more than a mere 'adviser'.
