I get crap like that all the time. I never use anything from an online casino. I do use the free shooters that I get from various poker sites, though.

The best thing to do is stay away from online casinos. 98% of them are basically impossible to win at. They'll throw you a $50 shooter, in hopes that you lose it quickly, and develop an addiction in the process. Thus, depositing your own money shortly after losing what they gave you.

There's usually also some crazy rollover that has to be met before you can cash it out, in the very rare event that you do win. You'll probably have to roll the money over 8x or 10x or something like that. With a maximum cash out of like $200.

In short, don't trust an online casino. If you want to play online gaming, make it poker, and only poker.
