you would be surprised how much your body can look if you eat well and workout...people say genetics but they never know they have a hidden good physique that never comes out due to poor diet and nutrition.

My friend was skinny and ate badly then he started working out eating clean, fish, steak, chicken, veggies, brown rice, no soda or sweets and in 3 months he became more masculine the dude was getting solid muscle I thought this kid was on roids lol.

Really depends what type of body you're looking to get.

If you want something like that, you're probably looking more into a weight-lifting/bodybuilding regime.

If you want a boxer's build, obviously more boxing-related exercises.

In the end though, this sport isn't about aesthetics. It's about hitting and not getting hit in the process.
the guy basically does power moves and functional routines, stick to the basics pullups, dips, squats and presses

here is an example of a tough ass functional fullbody workout he does this will hit all parts of your body like crazy.

try not to eat tooo much fruit that has alot of sugar!always get your daily serving in though just dont go overboard with it cause of the natural sugar.
          Try eating veggies more.
Fruit has fructose which is good for post workout and preworkout so try to get that in around that time.
          usually the morning and lunch.
