          Diamond Pushups is the only one I can think of for calisthenics.

          With weights, if you're shooting for strength, do:

          JM Press
          Lockouts
          Floor Presses

          For size:

          Close-Grip Bench Press
          Dumbell Overhead Extension
          Skullcrushers

            The best exercise for your triceps is throwing punches. If you want to be a boxer that is!

              how often should u work out the tri's?

                Are you using weights or no? Either way, I wouldn't train the triceps directly more than once a week. Incline and Flat Bench press or Pushups work the triceps enough.

                  work your triceps everyday, if your boxing thats whay your doin....

                  i do pushups and speed bag

                  speed bag works your shoulders and triceps try doing 15 minutes at a steady pace

                    yeah i use a bench,i try to do the every day as i do my chest but for the past 2 days i dont feel like working out for some reason
