Why didnt bhop fight James Toney?

cause he was busy defending his title and maken his place in history...i mean its not like that has been a fight people been dying to see...most of Hops career was spent with everyone tryna get a RJJ 2nd fight....i'm sure some talks went down...i'm sure money and egos got in the way...has nothen to do with either being scared of each other tho
