This is what happens in Socialism, not free market Capitalism. Every third world Socialist **** hole has Rich people...the difference is that their poor are far worse off than America's poor ever were. I think you've been letting Hollywood's movies like Elysium cloud your judgement.

I don't buy that the end game of capitalism doesn't end with a handful of companies owning most of everything & the masses fighting over crumbs while the economy collapses cuz no one can buy what these handful of great players of the game of capitalism are selling anymore.

There is going to need to be some socialism in our society or there will be people being worse & worse off. Idk about Elysium levels of dystopia or not, but ultimately there is only so much money out there & if these handful of companies are getting richer mathematically that means there are less crumbs for everyone else.
