  • $5-$6 dollar PPV charge in China for Pac/Rios

    http://sports.yahoo.com/news/boxing-...220328126.html

    According to there.
I wonder how that will work out.... because if it does.... Arum is going to be making a lotttt of money from Zhong.

Also since I was totally wrong about the Alvarado fight, I'll be here taking pie to the face. I'll go first.

Doesn't like 98% of China live on $2 a day more or less while the other 2% drives around in sports cars? Asking China for two and a half day's work seems quite apt for Arum.

2 percent is a eff ton of people
      China's got 1.344 billion people
That's almost 29 million that are able to buy it.
If even .05 percent bought it at $6, that's still bank.

Arum should set his goals to about there... IMO since less than 1 percent of the American population buys PPV's.

2% of a billion is 20m. At $6 a pop that's $120m. Zhong is a superstar, he'll break the Oscar Floyd ppv revenue record vs a bum

          IMO... this is effing crazy.
He could do that for Shiming shows and make freaking money.
          Arum you evil effing jesus.
Shiming will be getting a vacant title shot sooner than we think because no way the WBC don't want to get in on this.
Shiming could get a title shot on the Pac undercard

Wait what? It's going to be sold "online" for $5? So it's going to just be an online stream and not on an actual network?

Of those 29 million how many of them do you think will buy the fight? Being generous and saying half, the fight would make about 70 millions, but I believe that is being overly generous.
