how can you become the mandatory after getting knocked stiff? get real. top rank paid them off to get donaire an easy belt. rigo at least beat a champ. narvaez and donaire weren't even in the same division. why are you defending a guy who's avoiding fights? you only reinforce his ducking attitude by defending it.

arce did'nt reamtch him ..he won an eliminator fight for the title ..and even if he did'nt, nonito woul be the next mandatory for the title becuase he was going up in weight ( you become the wbo mandatory one weightclas or below if a champion decides to move weightclclass)

rigo beat an actual reigning champ to win his belt. vasquez jr beat a guy moving up 2 weight classes to win his vacant belt.

rigo has beaten 2 top 10 ranked guys in his career(# 2 and #6). vasquez jr has beaten 0 top ranked guys.

vasquez jr was knocked out by someone moving up. rigo hasn't been defeated.
