a 16 yr old kid driving an Audi rear ended me at a light...the insurance company offered me $1000.00 as a settlement and will repair my car....i dont think its enough...kinda insulting actually

my dad an mom got about 5k each. It is just depends on how long they doctors are going to treat you and all that crap. lawyer keeps 33%

insurance will screw you over if you let them. they will not want to pay full price of the car.
