  • The best method to lose weight but not muscle???

In the past 2 months I've lost 32 pounds from 240 to 208 but I feel completely different, light as a feather but less stronger than I was in the past. My height is 5'7.

Fitness gurus...I require your assistance .

5'7 huh? Wow man you're about the same weight I am and I'm 6'4... The best way is to just do the standard 200-400 calorie cut, while working out of course. Also, if you're not doing cardio right now start doing cardio, if you're doing it once a week do it 2 or 3 times per week.

    Also, training and nutrition section.

You can't lose weight without losing muscle, bro.

That said, lift heavy and eat enough protein.

And you don't need to do cardio as long as you're in a calorie deficit.

What is heavier, a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?

I'd recommend taking a supplement. I take Dr. Jekyll, it contains a decent amount of creatine which will help increase your strength when combined with weight training, even moderately. Then you can continue losing weight without fearing that you'll be severely weakened as would be the case with just straight weight loss.

                    That was a rhetorical question.
