    What a truly awful list.

No Sam Langford, no Ezzard Charles or Harry Greb. Stop making lists if You barely know boxing history!

Besides the point, Manny fought a fresher JMM, a fresher Cotto, and stopped Oscar.

lol mayweather beat cotto and dlh at 154 where they had the weight advantage. Pac drained them both but thats a plus to you?

pac also got KTFO by the least fresh JMM either of them fought.

and who won again when they fought head each other and who had endless excuses and crying at the end when their own trainer said they lost?

pac still head of floyd? what a joke

Langford got 29 L's on his record though

        Brian Sutherland? Only 2

        B-Suth > Langford

But PAC beat dlh and cotto much more convincingly so that surely counts foir something. Floyd wouldnt stop any version of dlh or miguel. Floyd diudnt stop weight drained nelo did he? Floyd didnt stop jmm who he bloated up. Ggg stops brook but floyd dont have to? The standards set for floyd are lower that is clear.
He also beat Hatton and jmm at their best weights and beat jmmm 3 times.

8 division titles, yes poac is greater, no joke

8 division world champion. It still boggles my mind just thinking about that.

Just looking at a few of his accomplishments just now on his wiki page:

            - Lineal champion at five different weight classes
            - Fighter of the Decade (2000's) by the WBC, WBO, and BWAA (Boxing Writers Association of America).
            - 3 time Ring Magazine and BWAA Fighter of the Year
            - Longest reigning top ten pound for pound fighter in Ring Magazine history
            - Headlined 22 pay-per-view cards
            - An estimated 18.4 million pay-per-view buys generated
            - An estimated $1.2 billion dollars in revenue generated

            **** is crazy

They are both great fighters. I would rank Mayweather a bit higher because he beat Pacquiao and because he never lost a fight and was never knocked down.Mayweather was a world champion almost all the time between age 21 and his retirement. I don't have a top 40 best fighters of all time list with the fighters all numbered from 1st best to 40th best. I doubt anybody on this board has a list like that. A few may have a top 10 list or maybe a top 15 list but that's about the most fighters anybody ranks in order as the best of all time. Seriously, does anybody on here have a top 30 best of all time list written down and numbered in order from the best to the 30th best. I doubt it.

Man, shut the fuck up with this nonsense.

"ZOMG! They fought 500 years ago they have to be better than everyone today!"

Throw around the names of some guys who fought in the 1920's and act like you have ANY realistic idea of how they'd do against fighters of today.

                  Then call it "knowledge"

                  Get. The. Fuck. Out.

Somewhere in the top 20 or 15. Wherever I'd put Pacquiao, I'd put Floyd literally just above him for his win over Manny.

Floyd fans do beg borrow and steal credit for Floyd.. I guess because because Floyd hasn't really given his fans anything concrete to boast about. PAC beat hatton more convincingly at hatton best weight. Floyd fans reply will be, Floyd beat him first?
Dude you're doing exactly what you accuse Floyd fans of doing. Begging for extra credit. "Oh but if it wasn't for a scorecard error" Pac would have won. Judges don't have to give fighters extra points for extra knock downs. So even if you knock a guy down three times in one round a judge can still rule it a 10-7 round.

It was never proven as a fact that Margarito had used wraps in his fight with Cotto because if it had been proven then the fight would have been rued a no contest.

Officially Pac has a draw with Marquez, two razor thin wins, and a brutal KO loss. Those are FACTS.
