From the hype of the fight:

"Despite trainer Freddie Roach and promoter Bob Arum declaring no need for a catchweight in Manny Pacquiao's upcoming March 13th welterweight title defense against Joshua Clottey, apparently there's been a change of plans. According to Pacquiao's lawyer, Jeng Gacal, the WBO champion will indeed request his challenger to meet him at a weight south of the 147-pound limit. "We will push for the 145 [lbs.] catchweight," he would tell ABS-CBN as he revealed the deal is virtually done except for the matter of the weight."

he'll drain him all the way down to lightweight first, make him blow up to 145, then pac himself will weigh 2 pounds over the limit at weigh in.

There was a rumor that it might be at 145 but it wasn't confirmed.

Roach and Konzc already made it clear that the fight is gonna be at 147..No catchweight.

Don't believe anything that amateur lawyer Gacal is saying. He's irrelevant...
I heard the only reason Pac hired him is because he's ralated to Jinkee.

The story that came out a couple of hours ago (7/13 @ 7pm) is that Clottey is "willing" to do the catchweight at 145.

I don't even think Pac needs a catchweight to beat Clottey. Clottey is the same guy who lost Baldomir. Baldomir the guy the Floyd haters try to pretend wasn't a real WW.
