It had nothing to do with race.

They tought she was a prostitute because she had sex in a public place. She would never have been arrested or even investigated for kissing her white boyfriend.

She is playing the race car

There's a slight chance the OP has an agenda...

They never got a chance to "investigate" because she refused to cooperate instead se overreacted

And that doesn't change the fact that the police thought she was a prostitute just because she is black and her boyfriend was white.
          Husband you RACIST.

This is her husband by the way:

Tell me he doesn't look like an extra in Breaking Bad.

That's discrimination within itself. She has every right to file a civil suit for racial discrimination.
She will lose. Police received a complaint, they investigated the complaint, she was uncooperative so they concluded the investigation without her cooperation and released her when they determined they were unable to pursue charges.

Another thing, she was absolutely right that she did not need to ID herself.
Correct. She does not have to provide any identification nor does she have to verbally identify herself in the State of California. However the ACLU recommends that you do identify yourself to police when asked to do so because if grounds exist to detain somebody for investigation they are allowed to do so as long as it takes to obtain somebody's identity.

She was wrongly placed in handcuffs when she refused to do so.
She was under investigative detention and she walked away from officers, so they were entitled to restrain her in order to continue their investigation.

That's another impending lawsuit. Not looking good for the cops there.
I'm sure that any impending lawsuit will carefully examine the audio of the police stop and they will hear that she chose to make a scene of what wouldn't have been newsworthy had she just told the officer her name and gone about her day.

Ideally prostitutes would go to a SECLUDED place to have sex, not right in the open. The reality is, a black woman and her white boyfriend were showing affection in public, and this didn't sit right with the public who made numerous calls to police. To say that the vast number of calls would have been the same had they both been white, not likely.

There's a picture out there where she shows the position she was in while kissing her bf, and while it may have looked like they were having sex, they were indeed just kissing.

The police showed up and accused of her being a prostitute. Not right. They'll be expecting a lawsuit shortly, and they won't win that one.

                That's exactly what happened.

Most reports indicate that they were either having sex or were acting exactly like they were having sex. "Lewd acts" were what the police said. The police audio is really clear on this, and the police never brought up prostitution.

Audio here. The officer was really good, really calm, doing his job. The husband or boyfriend or whatever was cooperating.

You're very invested in this story aren't you? Something tells me you're keen on defending the police no matter the circumstances that come out. The far right often mock when people use "the race card" but often times it's truer than what you make it out to be. You just don't have to deal with those injustices.
