And neither is breaking up walmart.. Walmart only has success because they force distributors to sell them goods at rock bottom prices based on volume,, If they had to pay the same amount for goods as everyone else, they wouldn't have their superior pricing and 95% market share..
And its not just walmart... InBev wants one AB distributor for each state,, which is forcing thousands of generational family distributorships to close across the country, drivers, accountants, hr people, legal, marketing, sales, etc a lot of jobs are being destroyed..
There is a reason why we had anti-trust monopoly laws, and these companies are the modern day rockfeller oil...

It's not even really capitalism at that point. Then they start making their own rules and fuking everything up. It's not a fair market anymore because in those industries that are dominated by one or two companies, there's so many barriers to where competition is impossible for a new company to get started.
