It's only been 2 episodes, but I could tell that this show is gonna be the next big thing. Boardwalk Empire is gonna be sweeping the emmy's for the next couple of years.

if you liked The Sopranos, you will probably like this show. It has the same feel to it. It's a 1920's mafia/racketeer story. But not really as heavy on mafia as sopranos. It deals more with the story of Enoch Johnson who pretty much ran Atlantic City in it's early days.

thats exactly it. its like Sopranos. It's not a show that will wow you right away. You need to watch a couple of episodes to really get into it.

Its Enoch Thompson, not Johnson. Anyway, your right the show's has great potential. I'm looking forward to catching the rest of the season.

Pfft, I watched the first episode, I don't understand what all the hype is about. I'll give it a few more episodes before I decide to continue watching it.
