        I believe in eating good and exercise over dieting. Works if you eat smart though, you can't work off three bowls of ice cream and three meals at McDonald a day.

                      Does anyone definitively know though? I've read so many different articles from so called experts about how many grams of protein you need to build muscle.

                      I've always just gone by 1g protein per lb of bodwyweight and 2g carbs per lb of weight. Pretty easy to keep track of those 2 I've found.
