He is not trying to disprove big bang theory, he's just wondering where carbon comes from.

That's my conclusion. Some 14 year olds wonder if they might be the return of Jesus, some wonder whether or not they can disprove well established scientific theories.

The only cure is to no longer be 14.

Which is his basis that the theory may be incorrect. I'm no genius on this or him, so I may be wrong.

I think people misunderstand when he is saying he wants to disprove something, because what he means by saying he wants to disprove something, is that he want's to take away all possibilities that it could be false, and in turn proving the theory.

Great, another savant hypejob paraded on national television.

Let us know when he has actually done something practical:

His work as a ten year old is supposed to win him a noble someday. He's also in line to get a paid research position. I know what you are saying but I think this kid is actually doing something productive with his intelligence. Not just rememberinh numbers, painting or playing piano.

Says who? Some professor? Besides the "Nobel" prize is overrated anyway.
