I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. When hitting the heavy bag or working the mitts I'm finding that the fingers on my left hand begin to cramp up. I won't feel it too much when I start but as I get going it feels like needles in my fingers when I unclench my fist. As I keep going the pain starts to come up when I'm hitting the bag and not only when I open my hand.
If anybody else has experienced this issue you know how frustrating it gets as you start getting into your workout. Does anyone have any treatments or prevention that has helped them?
