Nope, I don't think he faked it. Luevano got caught right on the chin with a clean punch he didn't expect, he was legitimately hurt.....well at least briefly anyway.

Without a doubt Cotto would have stand and continue fighting. The ref should have deducted points instead of disqualifying Concepcion. IMO

He did make a fake knockout which is also the right thing. He even looked at the referee before faking it. But its all good. He deserves a win.
