    It could have even been outright murder, but I don't fancy the lawyer's chances of convicting him of that. Even if they somehow prove he did it intentionally, they could always use a temporary insanity (rage) argument since it all happened so quickly.
    There's too many variables involved for reasonable doubt to even be determined. It terribly coincidental, but if he lost control at anywhere else on the track nobody would be surprised.

      yes because the cars they were driving is 10ft tall and the kid that ran out into the track is a midget. GTFO!!!! are u related to steward or something? i've never seen anyone defend someone like this, especially a case like this too. u have not even said one comment that maybe, just maybe, steward did try to scare the kid, etc. instead u make comments like steward did all that he can, etc. LOL!!
